HOW TO ORDER IN THE BANDACASES.COM WEBSITE?
Choose your favorite product. You can learn more of the product by clicking 'VIEW DETAIL'. If you wish to order it, click 'ADD TO CART'. If you would like to continue shopping, click 'CONTINUE' or check out by clicking 'VIEW CART'. Click 'NEXT' to fill out a simple form that requires you to to fill out some basic information about shipping your order (please make sure to enter your address correctly). We respect your privacy. Any information you give us is held with the upmost care and security and is solely for the use of processing your order only. After you click 'SUBMIT' you will receive an order confirmation message with the payment instructions.
WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT METHODS?
We accept payment by PayPal only. PayPal enables you to send payments quickly and securely online using a credit card or bank account. Advantages: Payment is traceable. WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
All orders are shipped within 3 business days. Though most of the orders are processed and shipped out earlier, we regret sometimes the processing time may be longer for newly released items as well as during holidays.
WILL I BE INFORMED AFTER MY ORDER IS SHIPPED?
We will notifiy you once order is shipped. We usually ship orders by international registered mail which is a very reliable and non-expensive shipping method. An online postal tracking number is available but does not give the information in great detail. As an option, we can also ship order by FedEx with an additional charge of US$25.00. For Fedex shipment, the tracking number can be used to track your package in the FedEx.com.
WHY HAVE I NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER YET?
International registered mail takes about 7-10 days to arrive you. Estimated time of arrival is subject to change. Sometimes it may take longer for a registered article to get to the recipient because the package may have to go first to another state (or country) and stays there for a while before it gets out.
WHAT IF MY ORDER IS PROVEN LOST DURING THE DELIVERY?
Do not worry as if the postal authority/Fedex has concluded that the package is lost, we will undertake to resend your order free of charge. Please also make sure the address you filled out in the order form has been correctly entered.
CAN I EDIT AND CANCEL MY ORDER?
If an order has not been shipped, you can make changes to it. Please email to info@banda.com for your request.
HOW DO I RETURN A BANDACASE.COM ORDER?
Prior to returning an item, please email us to obtain a Return Authorization Number. The number should be written on the return envelope. Any returned items that are not
accompanied by a Return Authorization Number will not be accepted.

Leather is unmatched in feel and the distinctive aroma is what gives it one of its most recognizable and disirable traits. With appropriate care, BANDA's leather cases will last for years to come.
HOW TO MAINTAIN MY LEATHER CASE?
Keep your leather case out of direct sunlight and heat as the leather color may fade and causing it to dry and crack. Polish the leather with a dry and clean cloth once a week. With this minimal care, your leather product will provide long-lasting use. Apply conditioner after completely dry for restoration. We recommend using a neutral cream (e.g. Meltonian) sparingly applied with a soft clean cloth and then brushing the polish immediately after.
